Estimates and quotes are a paid service: pricing a renovation properly means working through the drawings, the existing structure and every allowance. Our fees: estimate $845, quote $1,267, both including GST. We'll confirm the fee before we start, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.

For larger renovations we usually start with a Feasibility Review.
