Most building stress comes from an unclear scope, changes nobody wrote down, or not knowing what's happening. Our process is set up to remove all three.
Scope in writing first: what's included, what isn't, materials and allowances, agreed before work starts.
A price you can read: a detailed breakdown, allowances and provisional items named, and a payment schedule.
No verbal variations: every change is priced and approved in writing before we do it.
Weekly updates: you hear from us every week while the build is on.
Walk-through at handover: we check the finished job with you against the agreed scope.

Custom new homes
Built from clear drawings, defined specifications and a realistic timeline.

House extensions
New space that matches the old: floor levels, ceiling heights, materials.

Structural alterations
Load-bearing walls out, openings enlarged, with engineering and permits.

Re-cladding & thermal upgrades
When the cladding is off, insulate, seal and upgrade windows properly, with a documentation pack at the end.

Bathroom renovations
We do our own waterproofing and tiling, so we control the parts you can’t see.

You deal with Chris, start to finish
Chris has been on the tools for 18+ years, qualified as a Red Seal journeyman carpenter in Canada, and has built in Canada, Japan, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and, since 2012, Australia. He holds a Diploma of Building & Construction and is a Registered Domestic Builder (Unlimited) in Victoria.
He runs every C3 Builds job himself, from the first call to handover, with apprentice carpenter Max alongside.
