Small Projects & Custom Works

Not every project needs to be a full-scale build.

We regularly take on smaller, well-defined projects that can be completed efficiently between our larger scheduled works. This includes decks, verandahs, custom stairs, gates, and other one-off construction or fabrication jobs.

These projects are approached with the same level of care, documentation, and workmanship as our larger builds — but they are scheduled differently.

What These Projects Include

  • Decks and verandahs

  • External and internal timber stairs

  • Custom-built structural elements

  • Metal roller gates and fabrication works

  • General carpentry and small-scale construction

If the scope is clear and the work can be completed within a short, defined timeframe, it may be a good fit.

How Scheduling Works

These projects are not booked into long, fixed timelines.

They are used to fill gaps between larger construction stages, which allows us to maintain continuity across our primary builds without overcommitting our schedule.

This means:

  • Start dates are flexible

  • Timing is dependent on progress of larger projects

  • Work may be completed in stages if required

We communicate clearly around timing so expectations are understood upfront.

Materials & Site Preparation

Once a project is confirmed:

  • Materials are ordered in advance

  • Items are delivered and stored safely on site

  • The job is prepared so it can be completed efficiently when a window opens

This reduces delays and allows us to move quickly when we arrive on site.

Our Approach

Even on smaller projects, we don’t take shortcuts.

You can expect:

  • Clear scope and inclusions

  • Documented variations where required

  • Professional site conduct

  • Attention to detail in structure and finish

  • Work built for long-term performance, not quick turnover

The goal is simple — deliver work that integrates properly with your home and holds up over time.

Is This the Right Fit?

These projects suit clients who:

  • Have a clearly defined scope

  • Are flexible with timing

  • Value quality over speed

  • Understand the importance of proper preparation and sequencing

If you’re looking for immediate turnaround or loosely defined work, we may not be the right fit.
